How this page handles your data · October 2026

This page is the temporary home of txtme.social until the full website and the app open. It does one thing with personal data: it keeps the list for the beta testing. Everything else on the page runs without collecting anything about you.

Who is responsible

txtme.social BV, Buikslotermeerplein 1726, 1025 XL Amsterdam, The Netherlands, info@txtme.social.

The beta list

If you join the beta list, we store your name and your e-mail address, the time you signed up and the fact that you ticked the consent box. We use this to invite you to the beta testing of the app and to tell you about the first drop. Nothing else: no newsletter, no profiling, no passing on to third parties.

Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with one mail to info@txtme.social; we then delete your entry. Entries that have not been withdrawn are deleted at the latest three months after the public launch of the app.

The form sends your entry over an encrypted connection to a server operated for txtme.social BV. The address of that server and the hosting partner are documented by txtme.social; on request we tell you where your entry is stored.

No cookies, no tracking

This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no pixels and no embedded services. Fonts and all images are delivered from the same server as the page itself; nothing is loaded from Google, Meta or any other third party. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Server logs

The web server that delivers this page may keep technical access logs (IP address, time, requested file, browser type) for security and error analysis. Such logs are kept by the hosting partner for a short, fixed period and are not combined with the beta list.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. One mail to info@txtme.social is enough. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Changes

When the full website opens, this statement is replaced by the complete privacy policy of txtme.social. The version on this page is the one that applies to the beta list.
